Shangri-La Jungle Resort

Quiet place nestled in the jungle, and just the location if you want to disconnect and unwind. We read quite a few reviewers complaining about there being no signal and network connectivity here. But that's the beauty of the place, it is for rejuvenation. The property could use some more maintenance, but overall a pleasurable experience.

We visited on Sep'23 with family n group of friends Everything about the resort was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, bright with excellent scenery. Had great fun with additional activities (zip lining, conopy walk, kayaking 🛶, fish pedicure 😉 n pony ride for kids Food was good and great value for money Room itself was well equipped and comfortable however only problem was connectivity issue, room landlines were non functional 03 Oct 2023

Shangri-La Jungle Resort.. as the name suggests is indeed a remote, exotic paradise on earth. This huge well maintained property is perfectly suitable for a family/friends weekend outing. They offer different kinds of luxurious, comfortable, air conditioned wooden cottages at varying prices. 1. Living space: Clean and tidy cottages with all basic toiletries are provided. It comes your basic furniture requirements viz. a king size bed, table with two chairs and a wardrobe. In addition to this amenities such as Flat screen TV, AC, kettle are provided. Washrooms are sparkling clean and has 24 hours hot water supply. Food: All guests are served with a refreshing welcome drink while checking in. They provide a variety of Veg and Non veg food. The package comes with Breakfast, lunch, hi tea and dinner. The catering staff make sure that the guests are well fed. All meals are delicious and satisfying. Activities: They provide 4 outdoor activities in the package viz. Zip lining, Kayaking, Boating and Rope river crossing. The property also has a play park for kids. In addition, the indoor play room is stocked up with 2 carrom boards, table tennis, pool and chess. Cricket and badminton equipments are also available. Swimming pool: The property has a medium sized swimming pool which is open till 9 pm. Swimwear is compulsory. Staff: Friendly and helpful ensuring a comfortable stay. Other services: A special karaoke room is available where you can sing your heart out. An amazing bonfire is lit at night where one can warm their selves up and relax and create good memories. No Wifi and network since the place is nestled in a remote jungle location. It could be a way to detox yourself from the world of technology and delve into the nature's bounty. The place is a good get away from the daily hustle where you can peacefully relax and rejuvenate. Worth a visit!

Property, location, scenery all top class. Unfortunately food is not up to the mark. In fact it's the worst. Firstly the menu is repeated. They can choose to prepare local cuisine but they mostly go with North-Indian. Also they add lots n lots of soda to almost all the items. So food is one area they can improve on. Else everything is awesome.

It was a wonderful experience staying at this resort, it's breathtaking view of the surrounding greenery. Visually much better than what we saw on YouTube. Great place to visit with family/ friends, lovely grown up trees/plantations around property, spacious well maintained rooms the staff was very polite and thanks to the staff for the delicious food 😋thank you for your hospitality @resortshangrila🤗
